1. Prepare Your Lips

Your lips should be in good condition before you even start. Make sure your lips are soft and smooth, not dry or chapped. Definitely apply clear and non - tinted lip balm prior to applying such a bold lip for moisturizing.

2. Define with Lip liner and concealer

Lining your lips with liner that matches your natural lip color and also use little concealer on your lips.

3. Fill In
